Mill Street in Mulgrave is a two-lane residential street. It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Meadow Brook Hill, Terry Fox Lane, Murray Street, Wallace Street, Church Street, Donkin Street and Hattie Street and ends at Main Street, while the other end is a cul-de-sac. This road is part of the bicycle route "Trans Canada Trail (Pictou to Cape Breton)".
