Highway 329 in Mill Cove is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road. The road has no sidewalks. There is no cycle path. It runs in a north-south direction and crosses Fox Point Lake Road, Mill Cove Shore Road, Old Post Office Road, Creighton Harnish Lane, Clary Drive, Isaac Jennings Drive, Mill Cove Branch, Spruce Drive and Pine Drive. It ends in a cul-de-sac. This road is part of the long-distance roads 329 and LR. Highway 329 also exists in Bayswater, Aspotogan, Deep Cove, Deep Cove and East River Point.
