Route 12 in Grand River, Prince Edward Island

Route 12 in Grand River is a two-lane secondary road. It runs in a southeast-northwest direction and crosses St. Patricks Lane. It ends in a cul-de-sac. This road is part of the long-distance roads 12 and 131 and the foot routes The Island Walk and North Cape Coastal Walk. Route 12 also exists in Tignish, Central Kildare, Kildare Capes, Anglo Tignish and Seacow Pond.
