Wessenden Head Road in Kirklees is a two-lane, asphalted tertiary road. There is no cycle path. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Market Place and crosses Helmet Lane, Mile End, Tinker Lane, Popley Butts, Conway Crescent, Bedlam Road and Leygards Lane and ends at Greenfield Road.
