Main Street in Dexter is a two-lane, asphalted secondary road. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Church Street and crosses Main Street Hill, Grove Street, Middlesex Avenue, Zions Hill Road, School Street, Center Street, Mill Street, Lincoln Street, Cedar Street, Railroad Avenue and Liberty Street. This street is part of the highway "23". Main Street also exists in Milford, Old Town, Orono, Bangor and Lincoln.
