It runs in a southeast-northwest direction starting from Mast Cove Road and crosses Moses Gerrish Farmer Road, Parmley Lane, Hammond Lane, Greenacre Drive, Spruce Lane, Clark Road, Greenwood Street, Eliot Shores Lane, Patriots Lane, Corbly Way and Aqua Avenue.
