It runs in an east-west direction and crosses 133rd Avenue Southeast, 134th Avenue Southeast, 135th Avenue Southeast, 137th Avenue Southeast, 139th Avenue Southeast, 140th Avenue Southeast, 141st Avenue Southeast, 142nd Avenue Southeast, 143rd Avenue Southeast, 144th Avenue Southeast, 145th Avenue Southeast and 147th Avenue Southeast. It ends in a cul-de-sac and connects Lake Township, Erie Township, Gardner Township, Gunkel Township and Rich Township. 23rd Street Southeast also exists in Wiser Township.
