It runs in an east-west direction starting from West University Avenue and crosses Short Vine Street, Seminole Street, Van Street, Euclid Avenue, Vaughn Street, Eden Avenue, Gerard Street, Bellevue Avenue, Highland Avenue, Burnet Avenue and Vernon Place. It connects Avondale and Cincinnati. Nearby there is a liquor store. East University Avenue also exists in Hardin County.
