Main Street in Hamilton County is a residential street. It runs in an east-west direction and crosses Hill Street, Flinchpaugh Drive, Hamilton Cleves Pike, Gieringer Drive and Front Street. It ends in a cul-de-sac. This street is part of the Hiking trail "ADT - Ohio D - Seg 10" as well as the Bicycle route "A". Nearby there is a place of worship. Main Street also exists in Springdale and Montgomery.
