It runs in an east-west direction starting from West Main Street and crosses South Broadway Street, South Mechanic Street, Cherry Street, South Cherry Street, South East Street, Parkview Avenue, South High Street, Stokes Street, Mound Street, Taylor Street and Dave Drive. It connects Lebanon and Turtlecreek Township. This street is part of the highway "123". East Main Street also exists in Mason.
