It runs in a north-south direction starting from 136th Street Southeast and crosses 137th Street, 138th Street, 139th Street and 140th Street and ends at 141st Street. 390th Avenue also exists in West Rondell Township, Ordway Township, Garland Township, Brainard Township and Richland Township.
