3rd Avenue in New Westminster is a two-lane, asphalted tertiary road. The road has no sidewalks. There is a parking ban. It runs in a northeast-southwest direction starting from Third Avenue and crosses Stewardson Way and ends at Quayside Drive. It connects New Westminster and Brow of the Hill. This road is part of the bicycle route "BC Parkway" and the foot route "BC Parkway". 3rd Avenue also exists in Cowichan Valley Regional District, Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District, Strathcona Regional District, Fraser Valley Regional District and Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen.
