BC Parkway in New Westminster is an asphalted, lit cycle path. It crosses London Street, Twenty-Third Street, Seventh Avenue, River Drive, Fifth Avenue, 3rd Avenue, Fourth Avenue and Fourteenth Street and ends in a cul-de-sac. It is a footpath between Seventh Avenue and 3rd Avenue and not passable by car and connects New Westminster, Connaught Heights and West End.
