BC Parkway in New Westminster is an asphalted, lit cycle path. The road surface is good. It crosses London Street, Twenty-Third Street, Seventh Avenue, River Drive, Fifth Avenue, 3rd Avenue, Fourth Avenue and Fourteenth Street and is a footpath between Seventh Avenue and 3rd Avenue and not passable by car. It connects New Westminster, Connaught Heights and West End. BC Parkway also exists in Downtown.
